Stepless heat control
The stepless direct heat control allows you to master any challenging barbecue project. Adjust the distance between the charcoal grid and the food as well as the air supply, use the lid for indirect grilling and keep an eye on the temperature with the thermometer.

CONE as a fire bowl skilfully rounds off the evening. The ash tray is pushed upwards to create a special atmosphere with just a little wood. The stainless steel lid can be removed completely or used as a reflector to provide cosy warmth for your guests.

How the heat regulation works
The closer the charcoal grid to the food, the more intense the heat; lowering the charcoal grid decreases the heat by reducing the distance to the food and the air supply. In the lowest position, the air vents are closed, the distance to the food is the greatest and the heat is at its lowest. This intuitive operation allows precise heat control with just one hand, similar to the comfort of a gas barbecue, but with the typical barbecue flavour.

We've always been passionate about charcoal barbecues. But one thing always bothered us: the heat was either too strong or too weak! To change this, we wanted to build a barbecue where you could control the heat directly. At the same time, we knew that if we touched this "hot iron", it had to be the best charcoal barbecue on the market! After many development loops, our concrete considerations led to a completely new design. With the help of local companies and the latest manufacturing technology, we produced a first series of prototypes. We continued to optimise these until we found the perfect solution: CONE. With this product we had literally hit the nail on the head, because the simple conical shape of a funnel even allowed us to couple the distance of the heat source to the air supply! We had achieved our goal: a completely new, multifunctional charcoal barbecue that was as convenient as a gas barbecue.

FAQ
How can I adjust the lifting mechanism for heat regulation?
The heat is regulated steplessly using a lever on the side of the CONE. Our CONE is always supplied with the correct pre-setting. However, thanks to an adjustment screw, the lifting mechanism can be easily adjusted with an Allen key and retightened if it loses its power.
How do I clean my CONE?
We recommend using an oven/grill cleaner to clean the stainless steel surface. We have had very good experiences with the ProWin product, for example. Please make sure that you only use the cleaner on the stainless steel surfaces. A mild cleaning agent and a lint-free tool, such as a microfibre cloth, are suitable for the powder coating on the outside. Please only clean the rust and especially the enamelled part with gentle cleaning agents and lint-free cloths; you can use dishwashing liquid and lukewarm water, for example. You can clean the stainless steel drip tray with oven or grill cleaner or leave it to soak.
