RETURN OF GOODS 

You want to return an ordered item?

If so, you can send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. 
Important: we can only accept returns if the products are still in their initial condition and in the original box.

After we have received the shipment, the refund will be made within 14 days using the payment method selected in the purchase order. As confirmation you will receive a cancellation invoice from us by e-mail.

Your legal right of withdrawal remains independent of this.

How can I return something?

GERMANY

If you are from Germany, you can return your items free of charge. 
Simply create a return label and hand it in at your nearest DHL store.

Please use the same name you used for your order and enter your order number (starts with OC2025...) or your online number (5-6 digits) in the first field "Vorgang", so that we can correctly assign and process your return.
