The black steel hemisphere sits securely on either the low star base or the hip-height tripod. In a horizontal position, the BOWL offers plenty of space for friends and food. Tilted, it protects the flames from wind and reflects heat precisely where you want it.
No matter how you position it, the removable ash tray ensures a low-smoke fire thanks to its two-stage air supply – and it’s easy to clean.

FAQ
How can I heat the BOWL?
We recommend always grilling with dry firewood. This ensures that the heat required for grilling is transferred better to the plancha or grill grate. Alternatively, you can also use charcoal, or a combination of firewood and charcoal. The BOWLs cannot be operated with pellets.
Can I also use the BOWL 57 accessories for BOWL?
We have taken the BOWL out of our range, which is why you no longer find it on the website. However, every accessory for the BOWL 57 also fits the BOWL and can be used there as well.
How can I clean my planchas?
Use a scraper to remove food and fat residue from the warm plancha after grilling. You can easily push the residue from the plancha towards the centre / fire / embers. You can find a scraper here. When the plancha has cooled down again, we recommend rubbing it with a little cooking oil (not olive oil).
