The leaves are brightly colored, spreading a warm light – the sun is shining from the clear blue sky. It is a day which entices the entire neighborhood to spend time outside, outside in the fresh air filled by the wonderful scent of autumn. The ideal time for an afternoon barbecue on the urban balcony. Anja and Werner love their balcony. Approximately two square meters on which they love to relax and enjoy together during the weekend. They have already bought fresh vegetables on the weekly market – in rich colors, the red and yellow beetroot lie on the starter plate, and then comes the trout right from the grill.
A glass of good red wine goes with the meal - there hardly is anything better than that. And the next soul-food course is already waiting: Saddle of venison, pumpkin and a grilled pretzel breadstick are already spreading their seductive and delicious scent.
The perfect charcoal grill

It thus translates the comfort of a gas barbecue to a charcoal barbecue – with real embers, real fire and a real atmosphere. The immediate, direct and intuitive heat regulation is made possible by the principle of combining the distance of the heat source to the grillables with the air supply. Should high heat be required, e.g. for sealing in the juices of the meat, the coal grid and thus the heat source can simply be lifted. To reduce the heat, just lower the coal grid which automatically decreases the air supply.
