Geruchs- und rußfrei - wie versprochen!
The fuel makes the difference!
Depending on the SPIN model, it is important to use the correct product-specific fuel:
- Both fuels are made from renewable biological raw materials and burn odourless, soot-free and smokeless.
- SPIN 90 | 120 may only be filled with gel fuel (black cap).
- SPIN classic, SPIN air and SPIN X as well as all SPIN models retrofitted with the Bio-Burner 900 | 1200 may only be filled with liquid fuel (green cap).
höfats bioethanol: natural & sustainable
höfats bioethanol is made from renewable raw materials and biological waste. This natural fuel for SPIN is therefore sustainable and burns completely odourless, soot-free and smoke-free.
Only with höfats bioethanol fuel can you achieve a perfect flame result and guarantee the safety of your SPIN indoors (tested according to DIN EN 16647).
How should I store the bioethanol?
Our höfats bioethanol should be stored indoors, in a ventilated place and, if possible, slightly cool. If you store it very cold, we recommend bringing it back to room temperature before use in order to achieve the best flame results. Please never store it too hot or near fire!
Can I leave/store bioethanol in the burner?
We advise against permanently storing bioethanol in the burner. If not all of the bioethanol is used, you can let it run out after cooling by turning the burner over into a small bowl and then transfer it into a resealable container. Bioethanol stored in the burner for a short time should be mixed with a small amount of fresh bioethanol before reigniting.
Is höfats bioethanol also available in canisters?
Our höfats bioethanol is only available in the practical 1-litre bottle, making it easier and safer to fill into the burner. This also allows us to maintain the same shipping costs as for our other products.
